 The International Olympic Committee (IOC) announces that athletes will be banned from wearing Black Lives Matter apparel at games and during ceremonies. This comes after the IOC conducted a poll among Olympic athetes where majority of the poll are in favor of strict rules against demonstrations. 

 As the pandemic begins to wind down across the U.S. a new problem affecting black americans.  According to the Center for Disease and Control, 4 in 10 African Americans are currently are diagnosed with obesity and nearly 48% of Black Americans are clinically obese compared to 32.6%  of White Americans. The U/S Preventative Services Task share recommondations on how to combat obesity.

This episode features a heavy R& B set of Miguel, Ella Mae, Jacquees, Amerie, Summer Walker, Trey Songz and more in the first hour.
